Scombramphodon crassidens is a rare fish from the London Clay and specimens that have been found are generally large. The skulls are robust and have two rows of teeth on both upper and lower jaws – consisting of a outside row of secondary smaller teeth, followed by a row of much larger, wide-base, heavily-striated teeth.
